Booking Policy
No deposit is required for consultations or maintenance services. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all color appointments and will be applied to your service total.
Maintenance appointments require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Color appointments require 48 hours notice.
After one no-call/no-show or late cancellation, a deposit will be required to book all future appointments. After a second no-call/no-show or late cancellation, future booking privileges will be revoked.
